Here at Aspen Siesta our dedicated caring staff is trained to assist your loved ones with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. Our private suites allow you to furnish their rooms with decorations and belongings that foster a home like setting that provides a calming atmosphere for the resident with all the services of a skilled long term care facility.
The importance of having consistent caregivers for residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia has been well established. We have long termed tenured employees who provide the utmost personal care. Caring for a loved one with Dementia can be extremely demanding. Respite stays are available to allow families time to decompress or travel out of town as needed. Aspen Siesta is equipped with a Wander-Guard system for additional security for the occasional wandering resident with Dementia/Alzheimer’s.
We are not a fully secured facility however and are not appropriate for exit seeking residents. Our large private spa provides a peaceful, relaxing environment with state-of-the-art ultrasonic bathing equipment. Additionally, our professional kitchen staff offers a daily selection of meals for the resident to choose from. If the resident prefers a different meal our staff can arrange for that as well. Our individualized care helps us provide exceptional care for residents with Dementia.
